Panasonic - The future of inflight entertainment
Research & Development vision project about developing strategic product concepts for Panasonic Avionics. User research, workshops and ideation sessions to then transform the gained insights into innovative new concepts for products and services using compelling visualizations and storytelling.
Conceptual creation of new ideas, visualizing and developing these concepts into a high fidelity look & feel through keyshots, design storyboards and UI mockups.
Fujitsu Siemens - A new type of home computing device
Research, strategy and conceptual product-development / -design and UI concepts for a new type of computing device in the consumer electronics market.
The project started with extensive research, the identification of design and product opportunities and the development of a high level strategic product framework, followed by the conceptual development of product-functionalities, -design and form factors and resulting in the actual product design and UI / Interaction concept.
Samsung - The vision of mobile play
Research, conceptual development and design of new opportunities and concepts for rethinking play and gaming on the mobile phone.
Defining new opportunities and concepts how mobile play in combination with social activities and emerging technologies can drive and create new playful and meaningful interactions.
Lego - New concepts for interactive learning toys
Research, strategic and conceptual product-development and -design for a series of interactive learning toys to teach 3-5 year old children about logical thinking, sequential reactions and cause and effect.
The overarching goal of the project was to come up with new and innovative products to strengthen the companys strategic position in the market of educational and learning toys in the US against its main competitors.
Nokia - Touch application and city guide for N810
Research, conceptual development, information architecture and interaction design of a large scale application for a gps enabled touch screen device integrating navigation, route finding, social networking and location based recommendations into one seamless customer experience.
Nokia - Ovi
Information architecture and interaction design for parts of the Nokia Ovi framework and website.
CEOs for Cities - The Future of American Cities
Conceptualizing and developing a series of workshops for experts from the field to co-create a vision and design a framework for the future of american cities.
Including a travelling pop-up capsule that allows urban inhabitants to create the future of their city by remixing the workshops outcomes and adapting these to their own local surroundings. (In collaboration with KvJ & Co)
Smart Health - Rethinking healthcare in the US
A research study examining the current state of the US healthcare system with the goal of defining areas for new design opportunities. Conducting interviews with experts from the healthcare industry, conceptualizing workshops and roundtables to gain insight and understanding.
Defining new opportunities for technology driven concepts to improve todays healthcare using remote monitoring and communication by integrating peoples existing mobile devices. (In collaboration with KvJ & Co)
